I have to admit Mag, you've lost me there.

As for the story, I've witnessed similar events before, so it's definetely within the realm of possiblity. That being said, I would give up a little "action" if the woman couldn't even ride the bike safely. Granted, I'm married and see things a little differently...

Yeah right...these days she can be sober, take video of her giving the thumbs up while taking a breathealizer and drug-test, and sign a consent contract with 3 witnesses and 1 notary public and still claim it was rape the 3 years later and have you thrown in jail

Yeah don't worry about it I lost myself there too.

Anyway, on a serious note for those who might have read this looking for advice, learn with someone who isn't significantly heavier than you, calm personality (they're less likely to freak out and more likely to have fun), good common sense, and willing to let you do a few swerves and quick stops to see how the bike reacts with the changes. That's what I recommend.

In all fairness he never said he actually slept with the girl...

But yeah, wouldnt be a terrific idea, and someone could *technically* press charges but usually they will be dismissed as hearsay(your word vs. theirs) unless it was either immediately reported by the girl, and/or some sort of drug was involved.

And buy her some gas for her car...

Anyway, letting a drunk person ride pillon is stupid, if they're to drunk to drive a car, how do you expect them to safely ride on the back of a bike?

Oh, and, never take sex from a random drunk person... they might be a man.
