front brakes sieze on Honda cb750

#1 Unread post by honda750 »

HELP!

I recently purchased a 1981 Honda cb750c that had been sitting for a while. The front brakes were siezed. The pins that the brake pads slide on are scored, so the pads aren't releasing completely. I was able to turn them around 180 degrees so that the scores weren't touching the pads, but how can I get them to slide more freely?

and suggestions? :frusty:
