it was interesting but i couldn't have survived it it wasn't for the van in my convoy. i had to take breaks inside the van to heat my body and hands, then ride again.

I don't get it... but I wasn't born here either, so I dunno.
lol sounds like Grand Rapids, Michigan during the first snow of the season .
haha great pictures. just curious, what winter gloves/jackets/pants do you guys wear in the snow or 20-30F weather to keep yourself warm? I need some winter gloves to ride in NJ/NY area but I am hesitant to buy any that just say 'winter gloves' because i don't know if they're made for winter in California or in NY
earlier this winter i tried wearing snowboarding gloves and my fingers STILL froze after a couple miles.

40* is the coldest i have ridden in. with better gear i would ride colder but to me the bike is a pleasure thing and if its too cold to be pleasurable then i wont take the bike.
