Ok, I just wanted to formally say hello to the forum. I've been loitering around lately.

Anyway, DH and I just started riding here in Japan. We're stationed up north - Go Navy! He rides a Kawasaki Vulcan 400 and I'm currently in the process of shopping, but eyeballing a Honda CBR250RR for my starter ride.

Welcome aboard! You guys must have a lot of twisties and hills around you, no? Some good friends of mine have family in Japan, and they travel there every other year to visit. It sounds beautiful. Enjoy the forums!

Thanks yall. Yes, twisties, many twisties. And there's been more than a few car sickness incidents on group trips through the mountains to prove it!
