1984 750 Nighthawk. Good starter bike?

Just want to know if you think this is an ok bike for a starter.

i would have to say that it is. a friend had a 94 750 nighthawk and LOVED it. good bike, easy to learn with, very forgiving. to be honest i was looking for one but they are hard to come byfor sure.

My first bike was a '82 Nighthawk 750, and it was a good beginner bike for me. Not that much power really, but they are quite heavy. A lot of people suggest to get a lighter bike to start with, but I actually feel I learned a lot starting on the heavy bike. Very reliable too. I beat the crap out of mine and she still never quit.
