i think you should change the About section into a section for Riders and a section for Drivers, or at least put the Driver information on top.

the info that a motorist needs is at the bottom of the page and they may never see it if they causally look over the info on the Hurt report and things like that, that precedes it.

some of the scare tactics things like the AGATT poster have an opposite effect on the people they should be targetting (flipflops, shorts, tank tops while riding) so i would argue about their effectiveness, but if it hits home with one person i guess it's worth it.
