There's nothing wrong with it. But there are also other beginner bikes that'd be just as good or better.BigChickenStrips wrote:maybe i missed it, but whats wrong with the ninjette? its decently quick, good handling, and is often raced as a track bike. if you want a sport bike get a sport bike, if you want a 250, the ninja is a good compromise between price, size and performance, ability.
For example, I looked at a GPX250RII, which is a JPN equivalent to a Ninja there in the States. But it wasn't my first choice! There were Honda sportbikes and standards, Yamaha sportbikes, Suzuki sportbikes and standards....
The point is, one bike is not perfect for every beginner. It is beneficial to have other choices. The Ninja wasn't perfect for me. But had I been in the States, I would have had to settle for it if I wanted the 250 noncruiser.
Anyhow, I'm not putting the Ninja down, just saying it isn't perfect for everyone just because it is the only one.
Kinda like pizza. Just about every loves pizza, but it'd be great to also have chinese food too
