okay, so i'm on the freeway after about 30mins of riding.....going about 100mph high revs......and all of a sudden the neutral light starts blinking and a UN-steady pace.....then i freak out and pull over.

it goes off once i come to a stop.....then i exit freeway, ride for about 2 more minutes...make a left into my street and it turns back on.

only this time it's doesn't blink.....it just always on now...

what can it be? or what do you guys think it is?

Check the wiring near your shifter. Sounds like the neutral indicator came loose and is shorting to ground.

it's too dark out right now.....will check the wires tomorrow.

is it hard too find? if so, do i have to open anything to see it? reason i ask is that i've never seen any wires around the shifter.

i talked to my uncle and he said:

it might be your engine....the "neutral" light is the only light that the engine can use to warn you about something....get it checked out.."

...can that be true?

No.

It's a short. When you ride a sustained speed/revs, (Especially, higher revs on an older sportbike ... where things get buzzy) the harmonic vibrations can cause stuff to vibrate loose. I don't know where the neutral switch is located on your bike, BUT your loose wire problem is most likely NOT in the engine/crankcase area. It's most likely in the headlight area or under the fuel tank, or even the wires in the console itself. You have to look at a wiring diagram to know for sure.
