Pennsylvania Motorcycle Laws

Here are a few PA Motorcycle Laws for some of you dummies that live there. If ur riding a passenger on the back, she MUST wear a helmet unless she a fully licenced for a motorcycle, class M, if she has no helmet and no class M licence you and her is breaking the law and you will BOTH be cited. And I see this all of the time,,, some of you guys are brain dead morons: YOU MUST WEAR eye protection at all times, even if you have a windshield on ur bike. When I see that I have I wonder how stupid some of you guys are, I can't believe it.

What if it's a guy on the back?

And it's still supposed to be "..." not ",,,". I have no idea where that came from but it's painful in its idiocy.

What kind of passenger do I get to ride? Sounds like it might be a good trip, especially if it's a she.

Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

I've always wanted to ride a girl on the back of my bike. Depending on how she looks decides whether I'll make her wear the helmet ;)

Uhm - exactly how many TMW members do you see on the roads of PA doing this? Or is this just random forum rage?

Can you please tell me what he's trying to say there?
