Mileage

Hey im looking to take a class soon and afterwards when i look to buy my bike, i am definitly gonna buy a used bike. So i was wondering what is alot of miles for a bike. say if the bike has 15,000 is it on its last life, or barely broken in.

probably if they use it more than 10K miles a year.

not necessarily a bad thing but bikes are considered more as a recreational vehicle.

but heck, im using it only as a recreational vehicle nowadays and i still got a lot miles. :laughing:

thanks man yea im gonna be using mine to go to work everyday, only about 1.5 miles threw a city area. When ever i see someone riding i get all anxious

15k is nothing. Even if it's a sport bike, it's still nothing. The year of the bike along with that 15k is everything. 15k on a 2003 is not the same as 15k on a 1982. Get my drift?

yeah that's nothing. I got my 87 Magna with about 20k on it. It is at about 23.5k and the engine still runs very strong.

Someone posted about a BMW with 500K on its ticker...
