The link didn't work for me although personally I know 2 people who crashed into deer, the riders came out okay, although the deer wasn't so fortinite and they didn't make it.
Hrm, weird. It's not working for me either from here. Not sure why. Anyways, from what I can decipher, he hit a deer and drug it for...a long ways without crashing.
I think the site is just down, as I can't get to it the way I did earlier either right now. Mayhaps it will be up soon.
The site must be back up now, cuz it worked for me...
OMG
What an insane story. I can't believe the guy didn't even see the deer. Must have been some crazy adrenaline pumping to not realize that you are dragging a 100 lb deer under your bike!
I"m glad he's ok.
I've never hit a deer, but my mom has hit two with her car near her house, so I am always extra careful when riding home.
Wow - be careful....here, it's that season most of the time during spring, summer and especially fall... if not with large deer, then mountain goats/sheep, bears or elk...sometimes even with people walking along the highways too...
Just hope I never have to hear of any wildlife accounts with riders unless its firsthand meaning they came out of it okay.
Ya right, there are only 2 kinds of bikes: It's a Ninja... look that one's a Harley... oh there's a Ninja... Harley...Ninja...
We just had a crash here in Wisconsin. A guy with his wife riding pillion hit a deer. The guy was okay(treated and released from hospital), his wife died at the scene. That has got to be pretty tough to deal with.
The deer just came up out of the tall grass along the roadside. It happened out near my brothers house. I ride the same stretch of road, and always see deer, but its the one you don't see that causes the trouble.
