I saw this clip on discovery channel it was a show called "worlds worst drivers" I'm pretty sure that tunnel is in the UK.

Towards the end of the clip when the 2 box trucks collide notice how no one gets out of their cars to help. Nice to know that type of behavior isn't restricted to the US.

Yeah, the one guy stopped for 2 seconds and then tried to find a way around them!

Some good examples of why it is illegal to pass in tunnels though.

I'm still confused about the box trucks... there is a clear road, then you see one box truck... then *bam* it becomes two box trucks in a head-on collision... what was that? Some sort of ill-timed lorry mitosis? :?
Ride it like you think owning it matters.

Nope, doesn't look like the UK road markings to me.... Could be wrong though, seems the government now appears to make up markings as they go along.

from the cyrillic letters on the traffic camera feed I would venture to guess that this tunnel is in Russia.

OMG that is some of the worst driving I've ever seen. Jeez. How difficult is it to drive in a tunnel? I think they'd drive the same on the open road.
