My battery works fine all of my lights turn on but when i switch it to run and press the start button it wont start. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME I CANT FIGURE IT OUT..

You're gonna have to look at all the wiring going to the clutch lever and to the engine kill switch. Something ain't quite kosher since your bar swap.

yep. check your wiring on the clutch lever lockout, as well as the wiring going to the starter button. in swapping bars, you may have dislodged the connections at the starter button.
