EA made a terrorist game?
In light of all these threats of terrorism it looks like video games are in the crosshairs.
Funny I don't recall any government outcry on the brainwashing America's Army.

Gotta love the media.

Its a modified version of Battlefield 2 I believe. Basically congress was going nuts thinking there was a modified copy whom terrorists were using to train and help recruit young people. It was really a video game player who made a movie of his combat, with audio of the movie "Team America" overlaid.
Congress really needs to get with the program in regards to technology.

This is stupid. I've played the game and it is in no way terrorist propoganda. It's a FPS so you go around killing people. Now if someone wants to play on the side of the Middle Eastern side, then it is their right to do so. You can also play on the US, Chinese, etc side.
This is the same as saying violent games caused the Columbine shootings.

if the government officials played the game, they would know that it wouldn't be very accurate in terms of weapons fire, craft handling etc. I shot someone straight in the chest 5 times single bursts and they are still running around enough to kill me with one shot. Some training tool.
Besides, I always choose the USMC, let the other guys be terrorists.

Full Spectrum Warrior was made using a US Army Training tool as a base, it was a good game, besides, most of the people who are in Alquida and what not live in caves. Its not like they have access to an Xbox 360 to play on their non suicide bombing days....JCViper528 wrote:if the government officials played the game, they would know that it wouldn't be very accurate in terms of weapons fire, craft handling etc. I shot someone straight in the chest 5 times single bursts and they are still running around enough to kill me with one shot.
