#1 Unread post by zipo »

My brother was riding his bike in a very small street in my town(thessaloniki)......he was moving with 15km/h and very carefully when suddenly a car got out of a house-parking with almost 20km/h!!!!!!!!it hit my brother, but fortunatelly he fell down without any damage except for small scratches................conclusion:you MUST be very careful EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!......(((then the driver was totally SHOCKED)))

Yup it happens, that's why people say to ride like the cars are out to kill you, truth is they are.

I almost got hit in a gravel parking lot. Managed to miss get away from the car, but did a very sloooooooooooooooow lay-down with my right leg pinned. A friend was watching and came to help, but the cager was quicker and grabbed the mirror and started to lift on it. When I hollered at him, he dropped it and the acorn nut on the side of the seat landed on my instep, cracking all the bones. I think I was a bit P.O'ed.
