I have the flashing green Led's on my tires and have yet to get pulled over. doesnt mean I wont ever but I havent yet. I have seen them slow down but I think once they realize (at night) that its a motorcycle they dont bother. I could be wrong though. I should ask my police friend. I know of quite a few people, however, who have constant shining led's all over their rides.

Forget about state to state, try from cop to cop....flynrider wrote:The laws on these things are going to vary greatly from state to state. The only way to know for sure is to either read your state's laws, or wait until you get the ticket.
What is one law enforcement officers amusement is anothers ticketing opportunity...

Here's an idea, wire the lights to a switch that can turn them on/off no need for a repair ticket the cop will just tell you not to ride with them onofblong wrote:I have never heard of anyone getting a ticket. repair report yes ticket no. Good thing about repair reports is you have 10 days to fix the issue.
Everyone has a photographic memory, some just don't have any film
