I am 32 and am a professional rider. Regardless of the fact that I ride a motorcycle to deliver mail, I am paid to do it, damn it!
This "my bike can't wheelie" is nonsense. I wheelie my little 110cc machine all the time. The clutch is your friend.

Hey sweet. The mailmen here also deliver mail on a little 50cc bike. Those guys can ride! I watch them toss the bike (scooter?) around like its nothing. And they're certainly confident in their skills to do some ballsy weaves through and across traffic!Mintbread wrote:I am 32 and am a professional rider. I'm 38 and married (19 years in September!) with two pre-teen kids.
By day I'm a stay-at-home mom, and by night I'm a film projectionist at a very small independent theater.
Started riding at the age of 35.
I can wheelie my bicycle on a good day, but wouldn't even attempt it on my motorcycle.
Cheers,
Loonette

A dog had his chain reduced one link at a time, every few days, until his chain was so short he could barely move. He never resisted because he was conditioned to the loss of his freedom slowly, over time. Are we in this country becoming like the dog?
