I'm 24, software developer. It's nice to see so many other computer-related professionals living dangerously. =P

32, popcorn star.

As for wheelies, I've tried 'em a few times, but I'm really scared of dumping my new bike. Hell yeah on dirtbikes, but I'm just so scared shitless of destroying my new baby.

Luck+willingness to be paid about 1/3'rd of what i should be.

Celebrate my 4 year geekiversary on 11/11 :D If i can manage to stand this place for one more year, then i can tack on a solid 5 years experience onto my resume. Makes it tasty :D

22 years old, I'm finishing up my degree in Computer Engineering, and I work as an Assoc. Engineer for Progress Energy (the power company around here).

I don't wheelie... I have, but I don't really care to.

Strangely enough... the bike I wheelied was the 79 KZ650... lol. It kinda suprised me, I wasn't really *trying* to wheelie, but it did it. I didn't think a 60hp 560 lb bike would wheelie without major clutch abuse, but I was wrong.

I'm 43 and an administrative assistant. I started riding a year ago.

If you can afford both, great. If not, get your education out of the way first!

I'm 34, single, no kids, and I burn up most of my time managing a big ol' Service Desk in IT at a hospital consisting of 8,000 nurses and doctors who doesn't know what the "Any key" is.

Wheelies, hell yeah...on my dirtbike when I was 12. Hell no on my 600lbs+ cruiser on asphalt.

If we didn't live dangerously outside the office, I think most of us would have just killed ourselves by now ;)

Nah. We computer geeks don't kill ourselves, we go on rampages and kill our co-workers.
A dog had his chain reduced one link at a time, every few days, until his chain was so short he could barely move. He never resisted because he was conditioned to the loss of his freedom slowly, over time. Are we in this country becoming like the dog?
