haha okok I suppose that the happy medium is probably the best method until you figure out what type of girl she is :P I'm actually in the middle myself(tho more towards the assertive) but most of the time I just dont care either way

Anyway man, best of luck. Stay relaxed, have fun and don't get worried that she's the best thing ever and if you screw up you fail life. Its just a date :)

You could pack a sort of a picnic type thing. Bring a thermos of coffee or what ever it is you like and some food. No, not just a bag of chips.
Go to a nice place with a view for the sunset or the night sky....Don't forget the lawnchairs or a blanket for the ground.

Got an ipod with a splitter to share your your music or a portable stereo and batteries and a few CD's?

A first date doesn't have to be scary. Just well planned. Do you have a camera and a tripod? Setting up the camera on self timer for a few pictures is always fun and good for a few laughs.

How'd the date go? As long as everyone had fun and a good time, that's what is important

Not really any good gokarting places around here, I'm afraid.. there is a nice minigolf place on Route 4 in Troy, though!

How about paintball? There are a couple of nice paintball fields in the area... Tons of fun. Wear some old clothes, shoot paintballs at the other guys, whee!

off topic, but dude, have you gone through grafton and into MA on route 2 yet on the bike? in-"procreating"-credible. I'm yet to do it on the ninja, but did it in my old car. That's why i was wondering about gokarts near albany, I should be able to control my right hand on the road with a passenger on the bike

Blues, it might be, i duno. They DO have the equipment for it.

And guys, i don't need a motel 8, i don't live with the parents anymore. And the stairs upstairs to the rooms are right by the front door, so no roomates need to be conversed with on the way up. And since I'm the only one who turns the porch light off, the light will be on here. Besides, she's not that kind of girl, and I'm not that kind of guy.

PS - I don't have to take my truck! I get to take my friend's F-350 t-diesel. As long as i put some fuel in it. He's leaving for the day, and doesn't want one of the roomates to use it without asking (or at all, ever again, cause he did) again.

Hmmm... I was wondering if you can handle the "one horsepower" type of transportation???

Three Pine Stables
175 Rapp Road North
Albany, NY 12205

A nice ride with a picnic lunch???
