Craig Vetter

#1 Unread post by ubarw »

I was at the Vetter website, researching fairings, since I want to add a full fairing to Bargoyle. Anyhoo, I noticed that the email contact at the Vetter website was craig@craigvetter.com .

I clicked, sent a question or two, and have recieved 3 responses already. I am impressed that this man has the courtesy to answer me. On the off chance that Craig surfs or lurks here, thanks Craig.

Tip o' the hat...

I have won an ebay auction for a Windjammer III, thats only 20 miles from me. I need to come up with a windshield, mounting bracket and wiring, but I only paid $20 for the main fairing... Anyone know where I can get my hands on these items?

Thanks...

Always nice to find customer service of that caliber. Congrats on the sweet fairing deal!

The mounting brackets for the Vetter may not be too bad to find, the wiring harness might be another story. You could contact Pete Venne at Venco Wings, he's about the best "Classic Wing" guy I know of. He has some parts laying around (used) from the older bikes, and is very good to deal with. I have also found his knowledge of these old bikes to be extraordinary. He's a nice guy and will do his best to help you out, give him a call.

Hope this helps you out. :)
