Considering I own a motorcycle towing business I can surely help you with this
As the bike is on it's side let's call it left side take hold of the handlebar which is sticking up in the air with your right hand. with your left hand grab hold of the bottom of the gas tank, bend at the knees pulling with the left and pushing with the right. Once the bike is up enough get your knees under neith the tank or seat area to rest or to stablize. That should be good instructions for you.

First - Norther Pete - I ALWAYS say I have such a poor memory and low attention level that I resemble the gold fish. So that in my jeep I have a little pink castle foam sticker on my glove box. I swear, every time I get in there, I'm like ooh! a castle... I makes me smile every time!
Second - I dropped the Aero (519 pounds) in the driveway, very flat. I lifted it alone with the back to the bike, use the legs method. It would have been easier had I remembered to put it in gear, but once I did, it went up. Hard part was getting my hands on stuff that was stable and secure enough to griip and bear the lifting. I do think I used my back more than I should have... and now that I know I can, I hope NEVER to have to again! I'm 130 pounds... I'm not saying it was exactly easy...but it put an upside to an upsetting thing.
