1074 xl 100-2 stroke or 4 storke?
please help oil fouls plugs with mixed gass but dont see anyplce to put oil? or mabe im missin somethin

All Honda XL's and XR's are and always have been 4-strokes. Pre-mix is a no-no in them.
Not sure about the older XL's, but many XR/L's had the oiltank in the frame backbone and the filler opening up by the strearinghead and in front of the gastank.
The biggest helper you could get is a service manual.
