So I got my bike back from it's first service and now whenever I use the rear brake I feel vibration in either the back wheel/brake. It doesn't matter what speed or how hard I'm braking (hardly that aggressive being it is the rear).
Now why would they be messing with the rear brake and what symptoms should I be looking at?

Check for runout on your rear rotor, Get a dial indicator with a magnetic or weighted base and mount the magnetic base to your frame or swingarm ( wherever it is secure) or the wieghted base to the ground. Put the tip of the dial indicator against the rotor and spin the rear wheel, there is a spec for runout you will find in the manual. Someone could have dropped something on it as a vibration is usualy caused by a damaged rotor

+1 on both the above posts.
Clean the rotor and pads first with Brake Kleen. If that don't help, they may have whacked your rotor and bent it slightly. The only repair for that is replacement of the rotor.
Have you called the place that did the work and let them know there's a problem? Get them in the loop asap so they don't claim you messed it up.
