Artsy Bike Pics
Damn straight. Not having been able to ride for a year is making me cranky.
And even that was only 30 mph around a parking lot (not even that fast really but I'll take what I can get).
I need more friends who ride.

I'm going to have to disagree. The lighting is kinda bad, the layout of the picture looks like someone just snapped it while walking past, and there is a trashcan in the pic. thats less art, and more random pic to post on the inner-net.The Crimson Rider® wrote:this is one also artsy

To be fair, lawnmowers aren't art either.
Unless they're the flying kind, but that's the exception.
I think with some color adjustments and editting in Photoshop that could be a really good picture, but as of now, eh, not so much.
But it's leaps and bounds above what I can take. I broke my last camera trying to mess with the shutter speed.

It's pretty good Verm, but you're missing the basic element of photo composition - following natural lines. If you had laid down on the left side of your bike, it's in the perfect position to shoot upward, up the hill. And the bike should take up more of the frame. The Crimson Rider® wrote:this is one also artsy... not as good as the others ones i posted but still artsy...
And let's not pick on Verm "just because" - he's behaving himself as should everyone else.
Cheers,

Here is my entry to the artsy bike pics. Unfortunately I forgot to take my glove and shades off the seat before I took the picture.

Here's another with some perty flowers.

A dog had his chain reduced one link at a time, every few days, until his chain was so short he could barely move. He never resisted because he was conditioned to the loss of his freedom slowly, over time. Are we in this country becoming like the dog?
