GREAT FREAKING NEWS!
I CAN WALK!!!!!!!
went to the doc today, im off of crutches, the boot i was wearing is gone, and i can walk took my first real run today, it was really tender but i could do it! Its still not 100% done and will only be completely ok in a few months apparently, but i can walk, and drive, and oh so soon, i can ride again. You kow what that means, its bike shopping season: Heres what im thinkin about and any sugestions/comments are welcome.
i have about 5 months of riding exp, and about 6 months off the bike. Im 5'11" 192lbs.
Im thinking about:
gs500
ex500
ninja650
sv650
honda hornet
if you have ridden one of those or know somethign important about them id love it hear it, how they ride, if they are comfy, problems that frequent them, ill do my reasearch of course but its always nice to hear what other riders think. With my 20th bday comming up on the 22ed i may treat myself to a new bike if im lucky and find a good one by then.
ok, time to go walk. .. just cause i can.

woot! hooray for walking!
And hooray Ninja 650R! All good. Even the brakes, though they don't get good until they're broken in. I don't think there's anything about it that i don't like. Cept the stock exhaust, stock bars, stock windshield, and that's it.
It's comfy too.
viewtopic.php?p=134668#134668 little mini-review of it from me. Older post.
