-love the jeep, works wonders in the snow, but i spent way too much money on repairs, especially brakes and Jeep didnt help me out either. they knew there was a problem, but told me that it was just how it goes-
Volvo S80
Spent a ton of money buying this car, but its good to know that i'll probably survive the majority of wrecks i will hopefully never encounter.
European style, very reliable and literally problem free. I am a little worried now that Ford bought out most of Volvo, but lets hope the quality of these cars dont suffer.

What year is your S80? You like it? I've been looking into purchasing a first-gen S80 (the 99-03 class).
WJ Brake problem with the front end, yes? There's a new caliper kit you can buy to supposedly fix the warping but I've heard mixed results. If you plan on keeping the car for a while, I think slotted rotors do better in the front end of the WJ.

Heck ya. The truck I really wanted to get ahold of here was the Toyota Hilux truck 4door diesel. Unfortunately, life and limb were the costZooTech wrote:Damn right!Shorts wrote:Gotta love the little diesels hereUS big-wigs take note, this isn't the first nor the last time you hear it, we want small diesels!
Isuzu makes the Chevy Colorado, and overseas they offer a diesel engine which I would trade for in a heartbeat.

Thanks to the clean diesel we're getting in the US at the end of next month, there should start being more small diesels sold in the statesShorts wrote:Mine: '96 Isuzu Wizard 3.1TD 4x4

i only have a '94 Mazda MX-6. the one w/ the 2.5 liter engine instead of the 2.0
it has crappy suspension, and i don't wanna spend money on it other than maintenance, so i don't take it to the canyons. it's just my commuter.
