Thats AOL instant messenger, and yes, i'm bored as all hell today.

my handle is h0liday1976 (the 0 is a zero, not an O). Feel free to drop me a line if you're as bored as I am. I'm online mostly all the time.

90% of the software-related issues I am asked to resolve for folks are due to AOL.

you guys knwo AIM is just AOL's stand alone instant messsaging program right? Its not like you have to install all of AOL's crap software or anything...

Whats the difference? Its still a giant advertisement/marketing tool disguised as a communication service.

Are they adding text ads with every message now? Or is it still only half the window taken up by graphic ads? I can't keep up.

wrong. I spent 2 hours uninstalling all the stupid software that aohell installed on wifes computer from installing aim.
