Green Rim Stripes?

#1 Unread post by avoidalliteration »

Does anybody know where I can get Kawasaki green rim stripes for my Ninja 250? I've checked Tapeworks, but they don't carry rim stripes for the 250s and haven't had any luck on eBay either (mostly only for bigger bikes). I remember a pic from a sport bike forum where somebody had a black 250 with the rim stripes.

Thanks!

They're just straight strips of colored vinyl. You should be able to get them for a bigger bike and trim them a little while stretching them around the rim. Or alternately you could simply e-mail one of the sellers on e-bay and ask if they carry sets for your bike. They don't post all their stuff all the time because it costs them money to do make a post. Most are more then willing to do "custom" work for a reasonable price.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.
