Bicycle ride.

#1 Unread post by Mag7C »

I had to make a quick run down the hill to my neighbor's place, so I grabbed the nearest wheeled thing and took off. At first I could hardly lift either foot off the ground to a pedal it was so light and wobbly. Then on the way down the hill I couldn't remember which lever went where, and it felt really strange sitting up so high above the bars. It was like learning to ride a bicycle all over again

Try it!

I hope Mag you were wearing full safety gear, just in case! :) Sounds dangerous!

In fact I think bicycles ARE more dangerous than Motorcycles!

Having motorcycle and bicycle experience I can tell you bicycles are more dangerous. It seems like every ride on a bicycle has a close call. I still love them though.

It's not the bike but the experience.

Ever try to counter-steer on a bicycle? I almost fell off my mountain bike last week on a turn half a block away from home. Apparently I had forgotten how to ride bicycles...

I'm not sure I'd know what to do on a bicycle anymore..

Just, sorta stare at the thing thinking... 'that's it?'.
