Getting crtitical error messages

#1 Unread post by Z (fka Sweet Tooth) »

Is it my computer or is there something wrong with the TMW server? I keep getting "phpBB : Critical Error Could not connect to the database" ALOT when I try to navigate around the site.

It's not you. I had a message earlier about a failure with the NAS (Network Attached Storage) drive, so me thinks a certain hoser might be having 'puter problems!

I was getting the same errors. unfortunately Mike is enjoying the sun in Cuba right now, so we'll just have to bear with it for now and hope things don't go downhill.

Oh okay....no problem, It let's me in if I try enough times....lol. We can wait till Mike gets back.

This is the perfect example of how this place would fall apart with out someone behind the sceens to take care of the servers.
Thanks Mike!

I'm back!!

Woohoo, Cuba was amazing! :D

Sorry for the trouble a few of you were having with the forum, I've repaired it and optimised the forum as well so you shouldn't have any issues anymore with this. As always, if you do have any problems just let me know. :D

Thanks High_Side for answering the thread even though you couldn't fix it and as they say in Spanish:

para nada!

(That means "don't worry about it, i'm happy to do that for you")

Mike.
