Suzi gs500 fuel valve question

for a '95 gs, no owners manual....can i just leave it on all the time ? or are you supposed to turn it off on shutdown ???

Well if I'm taking your question right...

There isnt an 'off' setting on your fuel switch...just on, reserve and prime. Prime allows MORE gasoline into your engine so I wouldnt reccommend that one...

If you are going to leave it for a shorter time I wouldnt worry about it. If you are going to store it for a long time, you could always just put some fuel conditioner in there or drain your tank.

as long as yuour petcock is in good shape it will not allow fuel to pass through it without the bike running, so Just leave it in the on posistion
