I find this odd....

The strange thing is I can't find any sites on a 1981 Yamaha xj650. Ether they only made a handful of these bikes or they just don't brake down. I have looked all over the net and can't find one.
What I'm looking for is a Chopped XJ650. I have yet to find anything on this. Do these bikes not chop well or what? :?

Here's an xj650 chop. The biggest problem w/ these bikes is the shaft drive ... hard to customize. Check out this website www.ratbike.org

It's very Rare that a Metric bike of that vintage will look good as a Chopper, especially when you see what's being built these days!

That's what I was kind of wondering about, but it looks like it can be done. But it would take some doing.
Thanks

Maybe you could make some sort of custom 'fairing'/cover for it? :D Or just use the too-much-chrome-to-tell method- There'll be so much light bouncing off it, they won't be able to make out what it's supposed to be.
