I THINK, that maye NEXT year MV AUGUSTA motorcycles, MIGHT come down in price all due in part that THEY ARE [NOW] CHINESE OWNED...... [
No b......t. I was in the campus book store, and just this [past] week, read up on it being turn over to a chinese millionaire, [the new CHAIRMAN/OWNER] whom said that they are looking to take the company into a "different direction", in styling, and price... Wanting to set up a factory in either china, or move the old one, from where it was... As soon as I remember as to what motorcycle magazine that it was that I read this rumor in, I will get back with you and let you know.. And no: Don't go looking in motorcyclist, or cycleword magazine as it wasn't in either one of them.... It was in one of these "import" british superbike zines.... Untill next time ...........

I'd be more impressed if it was written legibly. Next time try some paragraphs, and proper use of the...period. Regarding the topic, where was Augusta made before? I wonder what will happen to the quality.

The fact they are now owned by a Chinese company won't affect the price, or much else for MV Augusta right now. Not unless they pack up, leave Italy and start making them in China, and to typical chinese quality, will the price be lowered.
They cost what they cost to make, where they are made, no matter who owns the name.
* But you don't know that, and I think that they would raise the price of their bikes, all due in part that they have the company..
* Which it seems that they may do.
* They make great motorcycles that sell, [out] even here in the states: So?.....
