You posted a question, what to do about your riding buddies going 140mph, a speed at which you're not comfortable.
To sum it up, you were given some (excellent) advice to drop those "buddies", and find some people who will respect your current skill level and ride within that level. IOW, find some responsible people to ride with.
What's the problem with that? What did you want to hear, how to ride 140mph "safely" on public roads with 2 months experience?

Once again, I think you got sound advice but it appears, at least from your signature, you didn't get what you wanted to hear. So, go ahead and ride with your speeding buddies. But I think you would be an absolute fool to do so.Kmac7204 wrote:This is not a fake...i really needed some advise...so if you have an issue with helping then dont respond....if you have helpful gestures shoot me them .....but if not....dont!!

Hey, stop acting like a child. You're adult enough to ride a brand new GSXR600 at 100mph with inconsiderate riding buddies, right?Kmac7204 wrote:This is not a fake...i really needed some advise...so if you have an issue with helping then dont respond....if you have helpful gestures shoot me them .....but if not....dont!!
Anyway, like everyone said the first time, what you're doing is fairly stupid, plain and simple. 2mths riding experience, not a whole darn lot to be taking pretty big risks on the street. If you want to go fast, go to the track where you can get instruction and ride in a regulated environment.
As for your friends, either everyone pick a route to follow and meet up at a designated area, everyone can ride as fast or as conservative as they want and need. If they don't agree to at least that compromise, lose them and find friends that will try to keep you alive or ride by yourself.

I'm going to lock this thread, and let me tell you why...
Your original thread (and I've corrected the spelling for you on the thread title) was never locked or anything, so you should have posted your "complaint" about the responses you received onto that same thread.
Also, this thread that you started, had the exact same title, yet you didn't even keep on topic by posting a question! Any new person reading the thread title and then coming in to see what the question was, would be met with your temper tantrum post instead of a real question.
If you have a specific complaint about a specific person, try communicating through a PM. If you have a serious complaint about these forums, send a PM to Mike ( "Totalmotorcycle" ). If you have a suggestion as to how things could be better, post it in the "Suggestion Box".
Please get it together - you're muckin' up the boards with this sort of posting.
