"Reserved Parking" brought to you by an idiot.....

#1 Unread post by Skel3tor1 »

For the idiots out there in the world of cagers I thank you for your not being able to grasp the concept of park between the lines. You must have been one of those kids growing up who decided to scribble all over the page instead of coloring nicely inside the lines.

Oh well, because you are so smart and knew I was coming.... you did know I was seeking a parking space right? I mean, that is why you parked like this isn't it? So I could park right next to you? Oh you didn't? Oh well too bad, because unlike you I know how to park between the lines.

Yah generally arse holes with a new car park like that so that they get their new car scratched up.

Since my cage is a piece, I try to pull into the spot anyways when people park and pull their front just barely into the other spot so people with other nice cars won't park there. But since my car isn't nice, I can pull in and they're more or less stuck in a tricky situation.

Yes, I'm an arse.
Have fun on the open /¦\

Yea, and they are just askin' for it. If they were to park in the space properly to begin with, there wouldn't be a problem.

With my cager, when I first got it and actually had zero dents on it (before I started attending community college and university... thats a WHOLE other story)

I would part out in the Pacific rim if I didn't want anyone parking next to me. Funny thing is, sometimes I would park out in the middle of nowhere, at the edge of space, then someone else would park right next to me, to spite me. At least they were smart enough not to dent or scratch an unscathed car.

I do the same thing with my bike most of the time! Haha, and some jackass still parks right next to me.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

At one time my dream car was a 70 Chevy Nova with pushbars, primer grey paint, and severe denting, just so I could see how many empty parking spaces I'd have around me when I got back to my car. Ah, the days of youth.

I also thought it should have a smokin' engine (you know, like a 427) in it so it would be a sleeper. People pull up next to my piece of junk and be sure it was a joke, and I'd be gone. Never got around to that one.

I wouldnt be so hard on him. Most people who drive those big SUVs can't handle them, let alone park them. Then ask them to park it backwards, and this is what you get.

I just pull in at 90 degree angles to the lines..solves all those problems...

if you dont mind trying it, you could allways pull right into your space normally, and get out the passenger side. that may make them think a bit mroe next time...

I used to carry around some sarcastic business cards I made up, advertising my "Remedial Parking School". I'd just leave 'em under the wiper. I gave up after I realized that 9 out of 10 bad parkers probably wouldn't get the joke. :frusty:
