Yeah i've been washing it twice daily with antibacterial soap and keeping it moisturized with curel. When cleaning it this morning in the shower, a lot of the skin started to peel and fall off or stay on my hands. I was told this is pretty much normal and not to worry. Parts of the tattoo are starting to look really good again now that the "scab" is gone.

And I completely understand the bandaid on the piercing thing. Quite a few companies around here have that policy, and at my old work(bartender at a restaurant) the manager ended up having a fit cuz I wouldnt take out the single industrial piercing in my ear, which was hardly noticeable.

Anyway, I love the new ink and I'll post apicture when its healed

What makes your ear piercing "industrial"?

an industrial is a type of piercing..it basically means that there are two holes usually located in the cartilage section of an ear, in which a barbell passes through both.

kinda like this...

Tho mine is a little thicker and a little shorter of a bar.

I knew they all had names, I just can't remember them all. I had a chart for a while. One of my friends was out to collect the whole set!

I think that looks quite liniar and acceptable for an architect!

I had about 11 piercings in one ear, including a cartilage, and two in the other. I have only worn two earrings for about the last 12 years...presently they are about 14 guage. It must be a 16 guage that's in my navel. Anyway, the three loops all match.

I actually have seen a price albert! ouch is right! The guy I saw had it on the "skin"; however, I am not sure if he had a "link" to his rear, or another piercing "back there" to pull off the actual PA. Although, fashion wise, I could see why it could be handy....

I havent seen any piercings in person down there on guys....girls however ;)

To each their own. I actually thought about a piercing of that nature(frenum, not nearly as deep as a PA) but eventually decided against it. With piercings and tattoos, pain is a part of it, but its more of a release than something that truly hurts.

On girls it can look cute depending.

My tatt is almost healed btw :)

The one piercer guy that I talk with has seen it all, and has lots of pics in his book. I guess overall, I enjoy ink more than piercing. He told me there are some I would TOTALLY enjoy... If my sex life doesn't pick up soon, maybe I'll consider it

Glad to hear the tat is almost done! I always like to wait to show them off till they are "done". There is that point when it's a mix of scab, hanging skin, and goo that just doesn't go over well.

When I got my navel pierced, it seemed fine. I drove about an hour home, and hubby says he wants to see. So I lift up my shirt, and it looks like I got shot in the gut!! He's never really forgotten that.... It was FINE - I should have "reviewed" it before showing him!
