04' VLX deluxe question
Im considering purchasing a 2004 honda shadow vlx deluxe. I have ridden the bike and really like the way it feels and handles but i havent had the opportunity to get the bike over about 50 mph. This model is a four speed and i was curious if anyone out there has had any experience riding this bike and could tell me how it handles higher speeds. I will be doing some freeway driving and I want to make sure itll do speeds in the 65-70 mph with no issues. Thank you in advance.

I've got the '95 model, and I concur with that was said above.
Mine starts to get just a bit of vibration around 75 MPH, but it's nothing that's bothersome. The engine is running along pretty well at 80 MPH, and I'm not sure how much farther I'd push it than that..
Then again, I think I just get worried about the engine running high anyways, even if it's comepletely safe.
