What was your first bike?
What was your first bike?
A lot of people ask WHAT would be a good FIRST BIKE? And people come up with many different answers.
But I wonder how many people here started with smaller bike and moved on to a bigger bike... (Except for VERM, who started Big and went backwards..... j/k )
SO HERE IS MY QUESTION.
WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST BIKE? (PLEASE ONLY list
1) Your first bike/engine size?
2) Weight of the bike? [If you know]
3) Your height/weight?
4) How long have you been riding?
5) Number of accidents? If you had accident(s); did it/they had anything to do with engine power being too high or low?
This is my first bike and me.
NINJA 250 (248cc)
Bike Weights 304 LB
My Height: 6'
My weight: 200LB
I have been riding for 3 months.
No accidents (thank god)

Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

I think I've seen this kind of thread a couple times before, but why not:
1) BMW K1200RS; 1200cc
2) 700lbs
3) 71"/175lbs
4) 6 months of daily commuting
5) None, and the only close call I've had was a guy changed lanes without looking. After a loud blast of my horn he got back over.

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving isn't for you.
