Thinking of converting to a dual front disc set up

I have a 1980 Honda CB750 with a single front disc set up and I'm thinking of swapping to a dual front disc set up used on the super sport CB750s. Other than the disc, calipers, and brake lines will I need to change my master cylinder over too. I'm looking at my repair book and it shows no difference detween the 2 and I can only find one type of master cylinder rebuilt kit for my bike, so I'm guessing their the same. I'm guessing I'm going to need the front wheel too even though they look the same minus the extra disc on the one side.
