I always wondered how/when would my first crash be and how I would handle it. When my friends told me every biker goes down sooner or later I thought if it would happen to me. Well here I go sliding down.
Few Hours ago I was riding on Little Tajuga Canyon/ bouquet canyon, with Verm. Came out of a right turn and as soon as it was over I was entering the next left turn ( it was an S turn). As I was entering I guess I cam too much out side of the turn and caught the gravel front went sliding and hit the rocky bank ( bouquet canyon)
First thing I did was to see if I can move my arms and legs..

Wrecked the bike. Starts and runs, but I think its got a bent fork, torn up(cracked) rim/tire.

As for me, a little scratch on a finger, left arm kind of sore, Other than that I am ok, mentally and physically.
I had full gear on. Helmet took a good bang so was the elbow and knee armor.
Also I need new pair of gloves since left glove has been destroyed.
THANK GOD FOR THE GEAR. It was worth every penny. If it wasn’t for the gear I would have been hurt pretty bad( at least 4 months of recovery time)
Over all the ride was fun. And sorry VERM for ruining the ride. Also I really appreciate your help and time. You are a great partner. Thanks.
I'll be taking it easy for a while. At least until I get it fixed or buy a new one.
