I currently have a '93 and a '96. The only bike I ever bought brand new was in '74... everything else so far has been a used bike.

Edit: Update - sold the '96, so I just have the ZR now.

Let me get this straight... it's one down and four up, right?

By far the newest bike i've ever owned - a '95 Xjr 1200.....
Don't give up.

Not now, not soon, not after being continually knocked down.

If you never give up, you can never truly fail.

Current bike: 1986 Honda VFR700, just under 10k miles on the clock now. It rolled over 5k riding it home last spring, then spent a long time layed up while I ordered parts and worked on it on the weekends.

Last bike: 1989 Honda CB-1, bought in 1991 with 1,400 miles on the clock. I'd still have it if not for an unfortunate choice of parking spots and a red-light running VW. It had around 38k miles on the clock if I recall correctly. It would have had a lot more but I owned a 1976 Honda 750SS concurrently and did some of my longer rides on that.

New bike: 1990 Honda VTR 250. Just bought it, don't even have it yet! It's got 1,271 miles on it and looks 98% cherry in the photos. This will be my newest bike yet. I'm looking forward to sampling '90s technology!

First bike: 1969 Honda CB350. Mileage unknown, purchased in 1986. Broke down and disappeared from the side of the road in 1987, promptly replaced with a 1978 Honda Hawk 400.

Hmm... I haven't just owned Hondas. I briefly owned a Kawasaki Police Special 1000, a Suzuki T500, and rode a Yamaha Seca 400 and Yamaha Radian for a number of years each.

Wow, thats low mileage! I've got one that I'm getting ready to sell after owning for about 12 years of ownership. Do you have a range of prices that they would go for in your area????

Nope, they're rare enough that I haven't ever seen one for sale locally. The one I bought is about 200 miles away. There's a VTR250 forum you should check out - they'll be able to give you a good idea what to ask for it, and someone might even buy it from there.
