I don't know if there is a Harbor Freight in your area, but they carry a inch/pound - cm/kgs screw type torque wrench. With its ¼in drive it's perfect for working on motorcycles. Cost about $30.00 and was inspected in Taiwan by E20062699. The plastic case will make you feel like a real mechanic.

People say I'm stupid and apathetic. I don't know what that means, and I don't care.

Always wear a helmet, eye protection, and protective clothing. Never ride under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

i bought a cheapie from Harbor Freight that i have yet to use for around 20-30$.
just a couple days ago i saw on online company that had this adapter that you put on a wrench to make it into a torque wrench..thought that was a pretty cool idea, although i have NO idea how it would work and for the life of me can't remember the place that carried them....
