#1 Unread post by bucky685 »

I got my new exhaust done for my 06 Yamaha Warrior. I put a Jardine sport bike muffler on it. Let me know what you think..

niiice. I don't really like the exhaust tip of the muffler though. (I don't know what it's called)

I think it sounds really good, it sounds very similar to a RC51 or any other v-twin sportbike.. It definitely improved my low end torque over my straight piped shorty's. And a little easier on the hearing!!. Also it will help me not scrape my pipes anymore in the corners!! I also removed the rear turn signals and integrated them into the rear tail light..Cleaning it up a little at a time.

Ok I'm going to be the jerk here, the pics are neat and all, but where's the sound clip!?!? :tomato:

Some pics look like the pipes and muffler are silver, but then they end up black in the last shots. Did you have them sent off and coated or did you do that yourself? If so, what'd you use? The black looks nice.

Thanks, I used DEI HT Silicone Coating up to 1500, i got it at advanced auto. I don't have a sound clip as of right now, it has been too damn cold out..-22 right now, i wish it would warm up so i can just go ride the thing, so i quite modding it!!!

This isn't my bike, but it has a very similar set up, a Holeshot Slip on. Mine is a Jardine Sport Bike Slip on..
But you'll get the idea of what it sounds like!!
