This guys doesn't have any users reviews. I hardly ever use ebay and have about 10 good reviews on me. For goodness sake, all this guy must do is ride to the auto parts store, buy oil, then ride home and change it. Sounds shady

who knows about the oil changes, he is likely just throwing a number out there that he thinks sounds good. obviously you see its not a good auction though stay away
