You know what really pisses me off? When schools just give out black belts like they give out candy. I mean to please the students they offer the black belt in just one year, then the second degree maybe just TWO years after..

I got my black belt after two and a half years. Five years later, I got my 2nd degree which is my current belt as of now.
those dojos are what is more commonly referred to as "McDojos"

they should be avoided and people should research the cred of the school they want to join.

Why aren't the same requirements made to teach cagers to drive properly? Kal, feel free to give some insight or anyone in the EU or UK.
Difficult to answer really... I guess the long and the short of it is having a first car that can do 0-60 in under 5 seconds is a rarity.
Lol! My uncle just bought a Shelby GT500... 2007, convertible. I was up in his neck of the woods on Sunday, and I went for a ride with him... Not only that, but I actually got to drive it back to his house... that clutch is tight, half an inch from fully disengaged to fully engaged... And the transmission has the shortest throw of any I've ever driven... 0-60 in 4.5, 80 in 5 flat. Wow oh wow...

that took me a second. i looked at it going "hey, that's a nice pair of cans". Then it dawned on me why it said 104 after it. And yes, i refer to headphones as cans. That's what happens when you're an intern at a TV station for a summer.

I rock a pair of the 350 USB cans myself.

All of it. Even s much as I can do to the left shoulder girdle and arm. Gotta keep your body even, upper to lower, left to right, front to back. Otherwise, you can induce injury or chronic musculoskeletal issues.

Edit: It just occurred to me, I guess your question meant today. Today was upper body. I do core and cardio every day with arms or legs. Though I split my arm workout into 2 separate days, that helps me stay off my leg weights. Otherwise I'd overwork them to high heaven, which would set me back as far as recovery goes.
