Old Ted was a wealthy 70 year old widower. One evening he showed up at the country club with a breathtaking beautiful 25 year old who knocked everyone's socks off with her youth and charm. They were especially touched by how she hung on Ted's every word and appeared to be very devoted to him.
When they got him alone, Ted's buddies asked him how he had met this trophy girlfiend. "Girlfriend?" She's not my girlfriend he replied. She's my wife.
The friends were even more agog than before and asked, So how did you persuade her to marry you?
I lied about my age, he responded.
So you told her you were only 50? asked a friend.
No, I told her I was 90.
