I can´t lift the left foot. Because the "Peroneus" ist damaged. The Fibula-Head was broken.
Here a link for info: http://www.rad.washington.edu/atlas2/pe ... ongus.html
The right shoulder and two right ribs was broken. The "Key-Leg"? German word is "Schlüsselbein" was fixed with a Nail.

The reason was a German Sheppard. He ran over the street. I loose the control and crashed.
The repair cost are 5000 Euro. But the Enemy Insurance pay for this. I sold the bike. Cause its in moment impossible to ride a bike.

But when i have my Pain Money ( i hope so), i buy a bike. I must only persuade my Wife :?

I hope you Guys can read my English. I learn this language just in seven months. I was with the German Army in Shilo/Canada. Its seven years ago, and i unlearnt the Importand English :frusty:

Man - that crash thing sucks big time and all because of a dog running loose :dog:
Bad luck for sure. Sounds like you have had a long recovery too. Hope you get full movement back soon. That was a nice bike you had as well :righton:
Good luck with convincing the wife to let you ride again - that could be a tough negotiation. Might have to give up something big to get her O.K. on that. Anyway - welcome back and keep working on getting well.

Hey, ebel, when were you in Shilo? I was in the Canadian Army from '80-'96 and used to do the annual equipment inspections for the 1RCHA artillery regiment there from '86-'90.

I was also stationed in Lahr from '82-'86. I wonder if we've ever met? I was a founder of the CMRC (Canadian Motorcycle Riders MC, Lahr) and went to many rallies all over Deutschland while I was there.

It isn't WHAT you ride,
It's THAT you ride

Hey Gummiente, I was in 1999 from April to November in Shilo. It was a very great time. Yes, the best time in my Life.

I life 15 km ago from Lahr. I work in Lahr as a Security Guard on the Airfield. My Grandfather was also a Security Guard in the 80´s on the CFB Lahr. We still miss the Canadians here. But now we have Russkies :? :x

I´m 30, i was in the 80´s too young. :D
