I just splash a little water on my seat on hot days - or carry out a wetted paper towel from work. Then let it dry.

Of course it doesn't really get hot here.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

I wasn't kidding about using a towel. Cheap and easy to use. Just pop the seat, wrap the towel around it and put it back. Been using it for years and always works. Keeps the seat from burning your a** every time. :)
