Naked bikes.
What are the diff. on naked bikes compared to the ones that are not naked? They seem pretty much the same to me, but then again i dont know, since i have never riden a motorcycle. Is it just cosmetics?

Usually the naked bikes are not as leaned over in the supersport position as the faired bikes are. Therefore, they are more comfortable! Other than that, Usually they have the same motor and all. As a comparison, look at Yamaha, their R6 and R1 are basically the same as their FZ6 and FZ1. The only differences being that the FZ has slightly more torque at the cost of horsepower, and the more upright seating position...
