New exhaust - New Jet ?

I just put a new exhaust on my 2005 honda VT750 ( spirit ). I replaced the stock with the custom kit from cobra. Should I or do I need to change the jet ?

Well that may depend. Are you happy with the way it is running afterwards?
No backfires? No bogging? Are the plugs burning clean (proper color)?

If the new exhaust pipes are a radical departure from the original as far as backpressure goes, then most likely you will need to rejet.
